In single and trial sessions, the process is supported through the Session Room. It helps you gently return to the state and continue it at your own pace.
With deeper work, you are supported by both the Session Room and the Personal Workspace. Here, the process is gradually captured: notes, observations, and materials that you can return to between meetings.
Silence in a session is not a pause, but a structured part of the process.
During this period, cognitive load is reduced and the flow of internal stimuli decreases. This allows attention to shift from mental processing to somatic perception.
