How it works:

While a traditional psychological approach often builds on analyzing the past, searching for causes, and treating symptoms, this practice shifts the focus from analysis to lived experience.

  • Clarity over Classification. There is no goal to explain "why you are the way you are" or to classify your condition. In this space, the primary expert is you.
  • Regulation instead of searching for causes. We work with whatever is arising in the moment. It is a process where the nervous system slows down, and the inner fog begins to clear.
  • Self-agency instead of "fixing." The aim is not to "fix" or remodel a person, but to support your ability to listen to yourself and make decisions from a place of inner stillness.

  • Personal Account: Your Anchor
    This is a stable support space where all materials to help you before and after sessions are gathered. You can return to them at any time and at your own pace —
    no need to try and hold everything in your memory.
  • Setting: Time and Place

    For precise work on a subtle level, two conditions are essential:


    • Silence and Privacy: A physical space where you are guaranteed not to be disturbed.
    • Buffer Time: Be sure to set aside 15–20 minutes after the session. This time is a necessary stage for insights to turn into concrete decisions rather than evaporating in the daily hustle.

    Important: This is not about seeking "ideal" conditions, but about your safety and the accuracy of the process.

  • State: Come "As You Are"

    There is no need to prepare yourself for the session. Anxiety, fatigue, confusion, or the absence of a clear request are already sufficient material to begin.


    You don’t need to:

    • calm yourself beforehand
    • formulate a logical request
    • understand how the process works

    The work unfolds from your current state and requires no special effort from your side.

  • Completion and integration
    After the session, try not to switch immediately to tasks or screens. Allow yourself a few minutes of quiet — this is part of the method, supporting the gentle integration of the process into your life.

What is formed during the process:
