Practice Information

  • How are the sessions conducted?
All sessions are held online via a secure video connection. You will receive an access link prior to your scheduled time.


  • Why different durations?
Session length reflects the capacity of the nervous system at different states. Shorter sessions support stabilisation during overload, while longer formats allow for reflection, pattern recognition, and integration without pressure.


  • What do I need for a session?
A quiet, private space where you will not be disturbed, a stable internet connection, and ideally headphones for better immersion.


  • In which languages are the sessions available?
English, Dutch, and Russian.
  • How can I pay for a session?
Payment is made in advance via Stripe or by invoice to purchase a session credit. Once the payment is complete, you will receive immediate access to the booking page to schedule your session at a time that suits you best. All prices are inclusive of VAT.


  • How do I receive my confirmation?
Directly after purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your payment and instructions on how to book your session. Once you have selected a date, you will receive a second email with the final appointment confirmation and the Google Meet link.


  • What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation or Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the planned session. In this case, you will retain your credit.

Within 24 hours or No-show: The session will be canceled, and the credit will be considered used (no refund).

Validity: Your credit is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation by SoulWeather Studio: In the event of a cancellation by the studio, a new date or a full refund of the credit is offered.
  • Is this therapy?
No.
SoulWeather Studio operates within a non-medical, non-clinical format. I do not diagnose or treat psychological or medical conditions.

If you are currently in psychotherapy, these sessions may be experienced as a supportive complement — but they do not replace medical or psychological care.

The focus is on creating conditions in which the nervous system can settle and inner clarity can re-emerge.


  • Do I need to talk a lot or explain myself during the session?
No.
While gentle reflection or brief questions may occur, there is no expectation to explain, perform, or verbalize everything clearly.

Silence, pauses, and minimal sharing are fully welcome.
What matters is the state of presence — not the amount of words.

Written reflections after the session are not full transcripts.
They capture key points of orientation that may support integration in your own time.


  • What if I don’t have a clear goal or “request”?

That is completely fine.

You do not need to formulate a specific problem or objective.


A sense of inner overload, loss of orientation, or a feeling that something feels “off” is enough.

We begin exactly where you are, in the present moment.

  • The session includes a period of silence. What happens during this time?
This is the central part of the session — working with your state on a deeper level, in a format of active guidance without words. Within this space, attention is focused on your inner dynamics, creating conditions for slowing down and supporting inner stability.
Silence allows the noise of everyday life to recede, supporting natural self-regulation and reducing deep-seated tension.

What you may experience:
Deep slowing down may be accompanied by bodily sensations such as warmth, coolness, light tingling, or sleepiness. Sometimes images or insights may arise.

Important to know:
  • All of these responses are a natural reaction of the system to slowing down and reduced load.
  • If you do not notice any specific sensations, this is also completely normal. Changes can be subtle and unfold gradually.
  • It is enough to remain present and open to how the body responds — noticing sensations, shifts, and inner signals.

  • If much of the session happens in silence, what are the written notes based on?
The written notes are not transcripts of conversation.
They are short reflections offered after the session, based on what was present and noticeable during the process. The purpose of the notes is to support orientation and integration — to help you remember what may be useful to notice, carry forward, or return to in your own time.
They are meant as gentle points of reference, not analysis or interpretation.
  • What should I prepare in advance?
Very little.

  • Can I book a session for a minor?
No.
SoulWeather Studio sessions are offered exclusively to adults (18+).

If you are a parent or guardian seeking information for a teenager, you are welcome to contact me by email. Please note that SoulWeather Studio does not provide sessions to minors, and any guidance shared is informational only.


  • Is this format suitable if I am currently in psychotherapy or medical treatment?
Yes — as a supportive, non-clinical complement.
SoulWeather Studio does not replace psychotherapy, medical care, or clinical treatment.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their primary therapeutic or medical support where needed.


  • How often should I book a session?
There is no fixed schedule. The approach prioritizes the quality of the impulse over the frequency of sessions. It often takes time for the system to integrate the experience of a single session. You will naturally sense when it is time for the next step.
Each month, a limited number of reduced-rate sessions is available for those for whom the standard rate is currently not accessible.

Access is offered by individual request via a short application form and is subject to availability.
Reduced-rate sessions are limited in number and reviewed on a monthly basis.

When all reduced-rate places for a given month are filled, you may request to be added to a waiting list.
If a place becomes available, you will be contacted directly.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee availability, and response times may vary depending on current capacity.

Reduced-rate access is offered as a form of limited support and is not intended as an ongoing or guaranteed arrangement.
